I was thrilled when Jameson's Mom contacted me telling me he just turned a year old and needed to book another photo session with me. Watching babies grow and continuing to photograph them over the first year of their life makes me so excited! We had the same vision when it came to styling his session, and I couldn't be happier with how his session turned out.
We met at Scioto Grove Metro Park in Grove City, Ohio for Jameson's photo session. It's wonderful having such a large park within minutes of my home! The light couldn't have been more perfect on that night.
I photographed Jameson at six months old in my home studio. He had so much hair even back then! Check out his six month photos HERE!
I can't believe how big he's gotten! He loved listening to music on his mama's phone, dancing and giggling.
Sometimes he wasn't too sure about Mrs. Sarah and her crazy noises though. Haha!
He sure did love clapping along with his mama (standing behind me).
He really liked playing with the tall weeds in the grass. Hello lashes and swoop hair!
I think one of my favorite type of poses are mama and baby snuggled together like this. His eyes are so beautiful!
Towards the end of our session we walked to the dock of the pond nearby. He stood in awe at a man fishing beside him. I think this is one of my favorite photos I've taken this year. I love everything about this photo and how it has a hint of mystery.
