I met this sweet family in my residential studio located in Grove City, Ohio this summer. From the first email consultation I knew they were a wonderful fit for my natural style for photographing newborns. They wanted something that was less posed, less time than a normal "posed" newborn session and a stress free experience. They followed my client guide so well on what to wear and how to prepare before arriving in my studio that day. Baby Adam didn't make a peep the entire session and their boys listened to every suggestion I made.
You see, I love being able to spend the 1-2 hours together actually talking and having fun. Yes, babies can be hard work. I still sweat, take short breaks and take my time getting the right poses, lighting and angles - but I don't need to fuss about babies hands being flat or their body being posed the EXACT way. Babies aren't perfect. They are unique. Some love being stretched out. Some love being curled up. Don't you want to remember them that way?
